Acquired from Naville Numismatics, according to which this example is from Giovanni Dattari's famed collection and appears as plate coin 155 in Dattari-Savio Supplement 13 (I have not confirmed).
Just 11 specimens listed in RPC (RPC III, 5362), of which this is entry 10 (though also, per Naville, represents entry 11, which is not imaged in RPC).
