This item is brand new and shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Most if not all dealers ship direct because it cost so much to ship an oversized item; it keeps your price as low as possible for the consumer. While these items are brand new they may show scuffs or tooling marks on the item, that is normal and occurs when the item is removed from the mold during the manufacturing process.  After the item is made it is stored (unboxed) in a warehouse and then when an order is placed the item is normally wiped down to remove any dust accumulation and boxed up to be shipped.  Should your products show signs of dust we didn't want  you to think it was used, it is not, High Country Plastics does not ship used products and every item is new but may have dust from storage.  We wanted to be up front and explain the process. No matter whom you purchase from the products will be the same condition.
