piece.  This amazing item was not from a kit and
there is nothing else like it in the world.
My dear friend has always been incredibly
artistically
talented.  I have only recently
convinced
her to try
selling some of her creations.
This is the
first listing
of one of her designs so
now the whole
world can
see her talent!
She calls this one "Rolling Sun" and has provided
the

brief history of the punch needle
process
and
description of her work-
The art of punch needle (aka needle punch)
dates
back
hundreds of years and has recently
made its
comeback.
My works are not from a kit or digital pattern, they
are
originals from my own designs.  They are not
"
primitive"
but rather contemporary, modern and
boho
in design.
This is unique art that can be
enjoyed for
years to come.
This particular piece was inspired by the sun here

New Mexico at sunset and the curves of the
Sandia
Mountains. Note the warm colors of mauve.
blue and
and golden yellow.
10.5" x 10.5", acrylic yarn, adhesive fixed for
durability
and long life, wood hoop, completely
finished.
