Partially waterproof cloth training pants have PUL outer center panel, cotton knit lining, sides, waist  and legbands. Sewn in soaker consisting of cotton/bamboo/polyester to absorb the "oops, I almost didn't make it" type of potty training accidents. They are not intended for naps and nighttime use. I've been making and selling training pants online since 2012 and I'm auctioning excess inventory on Ebay.  This particular style runs large.
