Description
Tyre, Phoenicia. Elagabalus, 218-222 AD, AE 29.2 mm, 15.20 grams.Obverse: Elagabalus laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right.
Reverse: TV RI O RVM, Tyche-Astarte stands facing between palm tree and murex shell, puts her right hand on trophy and holds scepter in her left, being crowned by Nike on column to right.
