    Hi! I'm the Vintage Chick.  Welcome to my store, where most things are vintage... including me!
    I am offering this beautiful custom framed embroidery.  This caught my eye immediately!  It just screams cottage charm!  I love the simplicity of fresh cut flowers in a mason jar.  One of the best of life's little pleasures! The stitching ~ especially on the daffodils ~ has a lovely layered quality to it.  It is dimensional looking, even under the glass!
    The colors of the stitching are muted yellows, soft golds, burgundy and pink on ecru linen.  It has a "mixed-media" feel to it ~ part of the design is embroidered and part of it appears to be printed or drawn.  I love how it looks.  Hopefully, you do too!
    The frame is a simple 5/8" thick rounded wood (oak) frame.  The mat is a light burgundy color.  Overall, it is 13 1/2" x 17".   There is a small tear in the paper cover on the back where the previous owner missed putting the nail on the hanger and pierced the paper instead.  Also, there are a few minor discolorations in the fabric ~ perhaps a needle pricked finger or just part of the linen?  These are shown in the last two photos.  In my opinion, they do not take away from the piece.
    It is in very good vintage and handmade condition and ready to enjoy.
