    This
    1976 WISCONSIN 'OFFICIAL' STATE HIGHWAY MAP
    was issued during the term of Patrick J. Lucey as Governor.  His photo appears on the reverse side of the map along with the various images that represent the state.  The map has NEVER BEEN UNFOLDED.  It was distributed during the time that ED McClain represented the 85th District.  When folded, it measures 7 1/2-inches x 3 3/4-inches.
